I know the weather is dropping in temperature when i start making soup. I had a lot of courgettes and peppers needing using and found this recipe on the internet. Usually i just whizz up soup when it's cooked but with this one i liquidised just the onion, garlic and celery halfway, keeping the pepper smally diced and the courgette grated. This made it a bit different to soups i've made previously and i enjoyed the warming tastiness.
